The Second Amendment Foundation Pistol from American Legacy Firearms is built on a fully-functioning Auto Ordnance 1911A1, and celebrates the 2nd Amendment and many pivotal court cases related to individual gun rights. It features 24kt gold plating throughout, with nickel accents on the frame and slide, and a jeweled trigger. On the left-hand side you'll find an American Bald Eagle holding a banner declaring, "The Second Amendment protects the rights of individuals to keep and bear their own firearms," plus two court cases. On the right-hand side you'll find an American Bald Eagle holding a banner that states "The right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed,” and an additional court case. Only 100 pistols were made for each state, and each state gets its own individual style of faux ivory grips. The grips are engraved with the gun’s number out of 100 & the state. 7+1 capacity of .45 ACP. 5" barrel.

Each case is made of 32 different pieces of wood naturally colored and 12 different species of trees to produce the artistic scene. A limited number are crafted each year. Each case is unique, with natural variations in the wood, and signed by the artist!
